Compact Cylinder with 2-phase Hollow Stepping Motor built in Ball Screw. Many choices are provided by picking up Drive Screw type (Precision, Rolled Resin type screw) and screw Lead. External anti-rotating device should be set up by utilizing female thread at the Shaft end. AR type Cylinder with anti-rotating device is also available.
